This Privacy Policy explains how B & A Collectibles Inc., doing business as IECA (International Estate Collectors Association) ("IECA", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit myieca.com, call our toll-free line, receive a text message from us, join our mailing list or visit one of our buying events.

• Contact details you give us: your name, mailing address, email address and phone number when you fill out a form on our website, join our mailing list, leave a message, or ask us to text you event directions.
• Phone calls: when you call 1-800-488-8015 and choose the automated assistant, the call is handled by an automated phone system. We keep the caller ID number, a written transcript of the call and any details you give (for example, a callback number or mailing address) so that we can answer your question and follow up.
• Text messages: if you ask for event directions by text, we keep your mobile number, the message we sent you, the date and time, and any opt-out (STOP) request.
• At our events: when you sell an item, we collect the information required by law for purchase records, such as your name, address and a government-issued photo ID.
• Website use: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies or similar tools used by our website provider.

• To answer your questions and give event dates, locations and directions.
• To send the one text message you asked for.
• To call you back when you leave a message.
• To mail or email event announcements if you joined our mailing list. You can ask to be removed at any time.
• To complete purchases at our events and keep the records the law requires.
• To keep our services secure and working, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run our phone, text messaging, email and website services. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• Government authorities when the law requires it (for example, records that licensed buyers must keep).
• A buyer or successor of our business, if the business is ever sold or reorganized.

• We collect your mobile number for text messages only when you ask our phone assistant to text you event directions, and we use it only to send that message and to honor opt-out requests.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described above and will not be shared with any third parties.

• Call recordings and transcripts: up to 90 days, then deleted, unless we need them longer to handle your request or for legal reasons.
• Text-message logs and opt-out records: as long as needed to provide the service and to honor your opt-out.
• Purchase records from our events: as long as the law requires.
• Mailing list information: until you ask to be removed.

• Mailing list: call 1-800-488-8015 or use the contact form on myieca.com to be removed. Flyers already in the mail may take a few weeks to stop.
• Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.
• Access or deletion: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
